Capping Machine

In EZpack filling production line, the capping machine for the end of the filling process is an indispensable link, we according to the different kinds of caps and bottles appearance, provide standard One Head Auto Capping Machine and Side-Wrap Capping Machine, the other for special bottle type, cover type can also provide custom lock cover in order to satisfy the demands of all kinds of production technology.

Mechanical Features: 1.Servo-controlled cap tightening torque can be adjusted. 2.Mitsubishi 7-inch full-color HMI (Human-Machine Interface). 3.Cap height and width can be adjusted using a rotating handwheel without the need for tools. 4.Multiple start-up modes available: foot pedal start, HMI button start, or optional automatic sensing start. 5.The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The mechanism adopts German igus patented dynamic engineering plastic, which has unique self-lubricating properties, eliminating the need for oil maintenance. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing.
