D-TYPE Lower-reel Horizontal Flow Wrapper

Overview
HOPAK lower reel feeding style suits large or fragile products such as jelly or group family packs; as the film feeds from below limited the distance from conveyor to bag former and film can carry product with better protection. Lower reel is suitable for (1) soft product (2)sticky product (3) multiple pack will be carried gently on the film or belt through the feeding and wrapping process to avoid product damage.
Features
- Different feeding design based on product feature:
  (a) Upper slug feeding device: for product with extremely irregular shape or difficult to feed
  (b) Belt type transporting conveyor
  (c) Product the are directly put on film
  (d) Wider pusher or tape chain
- All product-contacted areas are in stainless steel or POM construction.
