Meat cutting equipment
Giantwell's meat cutting equipment consists of a meat slicer, a chicken cutting machine, a strip cutter, and a chunk cutter. The meat slicer is capable of cutting boneless meat or soft fruits with certain fibers, such as pineapple, mango, or jelly. The strip and chunk cutters, on the other hand, are suitable for slicing fresh meat or slightly frozen, bone-in chicken, duck, and fish into strips initially, then further cutting them into chunks or dices.
