- Sanitary welding grade：polishing inner and outer for above 0.1 – 0.2 Ra polish.
- Water/vapor separable design to prevent non-qualified vapor to contaminate the distilled water
- Distilled water and pure water can be used.
- Machine contacting feed-water part all using SUS 316L stainless steel, 320~400# grit polish.
- Double tube sheet design, free from cooling water contamination into distillations by glass fiber.
- The distillate temperature is over 80°C to avoid bacteria growing.
- All designs are according to the world safety pressure vessel standard.
- This still designed to meet to FDA specification of Water For Injection.
