Overview
Vertical full-circle labeling method, labels are automatically cut, automatically adsorbed and glued, and then labeled, cold glue or hot melt glue can be used.

Features
- The star-shaped plate is used to separate bottles for feeding, and the high-speed feeding is stable without falling. There are also screw feeding models for selection.
- The label supply method adopts servo motor to track and cut synchronously, with a specially designed vacuum drum, high-speed adsorption and labeling are accurate and stable.
- AC three-phase frequency conversion control, with PLC and synchronous tracking control system, can maintain label cutting accuracy regardless of high or low speed.
- The fuselage adopts a welding method and a strong combined structure, and 600 bottles of labeling work smoothly at high speed without shaking.
- Centralized lubrication system makes mechanical maintenance easier.
- Use the electric eye to detect the feed status, and automatically adjust the labeling speed according to the incoming feed status of the production line, which can fully achieve the continuity of the production line.
- System safety device design, when the torque is abnormal or the feeding is abnormal, the system will stop immediately to ensure the service life of the equipment and safe operation.
- Equipped with the latest research and development patented label automatic tension control system, stable label delivery, high-speed labeling more accurate.
- Adhesive supply options: hot melt adhesive, cold adhesive, and hot active adhesive.
