ECSG-01 Pure Steam Generator

Overview
The pure steam generator are designed and constructed with material with accord with requirements PIC/S GMP, CGMP and GAMP of FDA. Evaporator body in SUS 316L stainless steel (double tube sheet). All internal surfaces, including those in contact with the infeed water are mirror Electric polished and passivated. Process connection tri-clamp sanitary type, the gaskets are in PTFE. The equipped with a PLC control and touch screen panel, which controls and supervises the generator. High density insulation in glass wool.
Application
- Generator are used for Steam injection into sterilizers, in SIP (steam in place). For Pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology industry and hospital field.
