SA-117-V-Automatic Single-Lane Collation Packaging Machine
Overview
SA-117-V inline-type sleeve sealing machine is suitable for products in one tray pack, single carton or some simple collections of large products. Available with transparent PE shrink film (each Top and Bottom film cradle) OR printed PE film (only Top film cradle) Its speed could up to 12 PPM depends on the product dimensions.

Application
- Available for products in one tray pack, single carton or some simple collections of large product.
Features
- Machine constructions; use S-41 steel materials.
- Frames formed up by model.
- Specified spare parts kit.
- Sealing device: heating sealing knife, equipped with picked-up type heating tube & SCR temperature control.
- Security operation: a power off device while Air pressure shorten.
- Electrical control: applied for Japanese MITUSBISHI, OMRON, French TE or similar or same level.
- Double-rod movable film device: fitted with micro-sensing film drive motor
- Film in roll replaced easily.
- Film feeding length controlled by photocell sensor.
- SA-117-V with inline type feeding conveyor available.
- CE model available.
