Application
- Designed for automatically metering, filling powder and granular products into sectional bottle with plug insertion function.

Features
- Rotary type filling with high accuracy diving, (two bottles/time).
- Transmission system of the filling machine is driven by Japan Mitsubishi servo motor for high accuracy and stability.
- Plugs to be sucked by vacuum and inserted into bottles.
- Auto bottle positioning, lifting and vibrating, filling system is able to stop filling automatically when there’s no bottle, and when bottle jammed occurs, the machine (system) will also stop automatically.
- 10 sets of memory modules for memorizing different kinds of products and filling weights.
- HMI touch screen for operational control.
- All air cylinders employ Japanese or European system.
