Application
- This machine is designed to remove ferrous contamination from powder form of raw material in many industries, such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramic, electronics and etc. (Operation temperature should be less than 80°C)

Process for iron removal
- The liquid form of raw material feeds into the inlet of the machine and flow through the regulating plate. The turning main magnetic drum attracts iron particles efficiently, and the decontaminated raw material then flows through the outlet of the machine. Those iron particles attracted on the main magnetic drum will be carried approaching to the auxiliary magnetic drum. The turning auxiliary magnetic drum will remove the particles from main magnetic drum onto itself. The iron particles on the auxiliary magnetic drum will be washed away when reaching the water sprinkler, and discharged through contamination outlet.
