WSY-800/900 Horizontal Band Sealer
Overview
Wu-Hsing ‘s WSY-800/900 is a compact horizontal band sealer with metal construction with painting.
The pre-made bags are sealed lying flat on the on the conveyor while sealing. Its conveyor can be adjusted up & down, front & back.
Application
- By using PTFE sealing bands, PE, PP, Alum.
- Nylon and other laminates bags can be sealed. (By using Stainless sealing band can only seal Alum. Nylon and other laminates bags.) Continuous Band sealer can speed up production offers rapidly and securely seal lots of different bag materials, providing outstanding strength.

- All operating are controlled by a digital control panel.
- Conveyor loading weight: <1KG
- Conveyor width: 150mm /200mm
- Adjustable speed: 1-10M/per minute.
- Sealing width: 5mm or 10mm depends on materials (PE: 5mm, Nylon, Alum materials: 10mm)
- Applications for food, chemistry, hardware parts packaging and Tyvek sterilization pouch.
- If >2KG, please use SY-M901; if liquid or powder, please select SY-M904, 905
