Overview
IR heating use of stainless steel light panel or reflector, high efficiency, high reflective heat transfer power to achieve the best results, apply product dehydration / drying / screen / printing the plastic / shrink pre-packaged / viscose hardening / resin insulation / solder heat / mass production of metal parts hot / paint dry, consistent operations, can be connected to automation equipment, automatic reclaimer preheating, automatic processing and other processes.
Application
- For PCB, Membrane Switch, Keypad products backing / Drying / Tin solder heating / Preheating, etc. Connected with other Auto-line like as loading, cleaning, packing, equipment.
- Product extraction, drying, screen printing, shrink packaging, viscose curing, resin insulation, advance of mass production of hardware products, baking varnish and baking.
Features
- Temp. Range: Normal Temperature ~ 200℃.
- Use inverter to control speed smoothly and quality stable. Good heat insulation, good temp distribution, saving energy.
- Depends on customer demand, support various layout and convey design. Can select different type of convey belt also.

- The frequency converter controls the speed, adjusting the speed range. Stable movement, temperature distributed evenly, and the reduction gear in the transmission system is integrated.
- Well preservation for temperature. The intake and exhaust devices are appropriate, and the exhaust pipe can be connected to the outdoors to keep the room temperature.
- IR heating section: PID/SCR microcomputer electric heating temperature control, temperature distributed evenly, SUS gold surface (or reflector) with high efficiency, high reflection heat energy transmission and power saving, achieves the best effect.
- Movable and can be lifted, convenient for repair, maintenance and inspection.
- Using high-grade thermal insulation materials, complete thermal insulation, proper intake and exhaust devices, and can connect exhaust pipes to the outdoors to maintain room temperature.
- If the space is limited, tunnel rotary type or multi-layer type can be used. It can be designed depends on various using methods, such as flat, vertical, suspension, and fixture type.
- Conveyor belts, nets, chain types, materials (metal, Teflon, antistatic), and choose according to product form characteristics.
- Heating method options: hot air, IR, electric heating, steam, gas, light oil, etc.
