Overview
Vacuum impregnation machine can be used for electrical coils, such as micro-motors, transformers, power transformers and other insulated immersion treatment, with increased penetration varnish, filling rate increases, thereby improving the overall mechanical strength of the electrical coil, dielectric strength and other functions.
Application
- After treatment, various transformers, coils, capacitors, LEDs, metal products, varnish, epoxy resin, dye will be insulational, antiseptic, dyed, etc.

- Small space: Up, down and drop, three trough together.
- Saving effort: The high-pressure cylinder assists the opening of the upper cover and saves effort.
- Incresing its lifespan: The new wide silicone rubber strip type is airtight for the upper cover, resistance to oxidation.
- The liquid volume of the content can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the viewing window is strengthened, including 2 electric lights for observing the inner liquid level.
