Application
- Applicable packing products : Various granule, such as: capsule, tablet, candy, screw, round type, rectangle type or other shape in solid product.
- Applicable packing materials : Heat seal suitable cotton filter paper, double layer heat sealable laminated film, such as: PET+LLDPE, PET+MPET+CPP, PET+PE+AL+LLDPE, Nylon+LLDPE…etc.

- Mechanical type operation with 1/4 motor, reducer, chains, and gear.
- Special design filling system for accurate and efficient packaging process.
- PLC controlled photocell device with auto track function.
- Vibration tray loading with sensor control filling time.
- Automatic line up product into track for filling
- Filling track with auto refill function ensure good quantity.
- All component in direct contact with product are made with SS304 or food sanitary standard.
- Individual Temp. Controller with PID function for stable sealing performance.
- Bag width is adjustable by changing bag former guide.
- Packing speed and bag length are adjustable on the machine directly.
- Machine build with iron cast with painting frame. Stainless steel frame available upon request.
Optional Device
- Date coder, hopper level indicator, product output conveyor, nitrogen air connector, and other required device upon request.
