Application
- Applicable Packaging Products: Powder related products, such as: coffee powder, tea, herbs, ginseng …etc.
- Applicable Packaging Materials: Inner Bag Material: drip coffee filter paper or other filter paper.
Outer Bag: OPP + PE, Aluminium Foil +PE or other heat sealable laminated materials.

- All component in direct contact with product are made with SS304 or food sanitary standard.
- Individual temperature controller with PID function for each sealing part.
- PLC control photocell device for outer bag, auto tracing eye mark in a short time.
- Machine build with iron cast with stainless steel frame.
- Pneumatic outer bag sealing available upon request.
- Vibration loading system upon request.
- Servo type with touch panel construction can be made according to request.
Optional Device
- Date coder,hopper level indicator, output conveyor, nitrogen air connector, height adjustable dish and other required device upon request.
