LIQUID FOOD PROCESSING PLANT
From a wide range of products for the liquid food processing industry we would like to present you customized stainless steel tanks, homogenizers, pasteurizers, plate/tubular heat exchangers, mixers & blenders, carton & cup fillers, sanitary pumps & valves, and other process equipment for food and beverage industries. In designing and producing we are always trying to find the optimal solution for the customer to fulfil his needs and a provide quality product.

GCF SERIES

Gable Top Carton Fillers

The fully-automatic gable-top carton fillers is designed to handle liquid or powder to produce from 400 to 5000 cartons/h.

Waffle Baking Oven

The fully automatic baking oven is specially designed for the industrial production of waffles, pancakes or other products at high capacities. This oven produces at least 3,600 waffles per hour. It can also be equipped with an automatic injection device.

Soya Beverage/Milk Sludge Remover

Sludge remover is a key component in soya beverage/milk production. It plays an important rule in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of the production. During the sludge removing process, condensed & sludgeless soya beverage is produced, soya sludge exits on the other end to be removed or used for other production. The system in combination with the piston in the front can produce soya up to 2500L/h.

Water Chillers & Ice Banks

The refrigeration equipment is an industrial water-cooled chiller, suitable for customers who want to produce chilled water at 1°C through ice accumulation. For ice cream production, it generates stable ice water circulation to cool down the ice-cream mixture in Mix Plant immediately and keep it at constant temperature of 4°C in ageing tanks. The glycol ice bank also has the capability of ice thermal storage, which can reduce energy cost by shifting energy usage to non-peak hours. This model is capable of Ice storage up to 1 ton.

Hot Water Set

Hot water sets (HWS) are used across multiple industries to provide controlled water temperature to various process requirements like ingredient hot water, tank jacket heating and cleaning / sanitization. We have experience designing HWS that use various types of heating equipment, such as direct steam injection, brazed plate heat exchangers and shell-and-tube heat exchangers.

CIP Systems

Clean-in-place (CIP) is a procedure by which process lines, tanks and equipment are sanitized without any disassembly. We will specify, design and fabricate CIP systems tailored to your needs, whether it be manual or fully automated. Single tank or multi-tank CIP Systems are available including temperature control and detergent injection capabilities, and can be built for efficient reuse of water, chemicals and energy.

HM SERIES

High Pressure Homogenizer

The high-pressure homogenizers are used to break down the fat globules in a food product, producing stable emulsions with smaller particle size. We offer the ideal solution for small and medium scale process lines (capacity from 600 to 3,000 l/h) up to 250 bar pressure. The machines are designed as simple construction for ready-to-use and low maintenance.

Inline Cup Fillers (Ultra-clean)

This machine is designed for filling of liquid and semi-liquid products, meeting the highest hygienic standards. Depending on the capacity desired and the size and shape of the containers to be filled, the filler is available in 1 to 5 rows with a capacity up to 9,000 cups/hour.
